Fall 2026 Move-In Details

Residence halls open August 12, 2026 for the fall semester, running through December 10. A $150 security deposit is due at contract signing, and first installment payment is due on or before your move-in date. Get your residence hall's own T-shirt and other goods at check-in.

What you'll receive
Your residence hall's own T-shirt and other welcome goods at check-in; select cleaning supplies, a vacuum, and select cooking utensils are also available for checkout from your hall office.

Move-in day tips

  • Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
  • Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
  • Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
  • Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
