Move-in appointment required, Thursday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Early move-in (Aug. 15-16) is reserved for sorority recruitment, Marching Knights, and a few other specific groups.

Parking
Long-term parking is marked on Community Move-In Maps - after unloading, move your vehicle there for the duration of move-in weekend rather than leaving it at the unloading zone.
What you'll receive
Flatbed hand trucks and dollies are available at Information Stations near the unloading zones, though supply is limited - bringing your own is encouraged.

Move-in day tips

  • Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
  • Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
  • Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
  • Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
