You are required to have your TitanCard ready before check-in - request it online in advance if you haven't already, though TitanCard staff are also on-site on Move-In Day. Occupancy for the 2026-27 academic year runs August 22, 2026 through May 14, 2027.

Parking
Resident Lot 2 is designated for one-hour oversized vehicle (RVs, campers, moving trucks, U-Hauls) loading and unloading; there is no grace period after Move-In Day for parking permits.
What you'll receive
Your TitanCard, which also acts as your room key - swipe it at your assigned building's door to gain access.
Vehicle restrictions
Oversized vehicles (RVs, campers, moving trucks, U-Hauls) are directed to a specific one-hour loading zone (Resident Lot 2) rather than standard parking.

Move-in day tips

  • Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
  • Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
  • Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
  • Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
