Fall 2026 Move-In Details
Fall move-in runs Sunday, Aug. 30 through Tuesday, Sept. 1, 10 am to 3 pm. Bring a photo ID to pick up your room key and move-in packet. A Community Meeting is held Monday night to review housing expectations. Packages can be shipped to the Reception Desk and Mailroom up to one week before move-in, addressed with the resident's full name. Early arrival is available for students with work before the academic year, Kick Start participants, international students and fall athletes, with an extra weekly charge.

- Check-in location
- Sunday and Monday: drive to Student Center Parking Lot A and follow signs to the Check In Tent. Tuesday: go to Ranger Hall room 036 to verify your room assignment and get your key, Ranger ID and move-in packet.
- Parking
- Student Center Parking Lot A is the drive-up check-in point on Sunday and Monday.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
