All belongings and boxes must be labeled with your name, residence hall, and room number so volunteers can bring your items to the correct room. Time slots begin at 8 a.m. every 30 minutes, with the last slot available at 2 p.m. and volunteers on hand in your Stop Drop & Go zone until 3 p.m. Arrive during your selected time slot or later - arriving early only adds to traffic congestion.

- Parking near freshman halls fills up quickly - have a backup plan or drop-off spot.

- Activate your student ID online before you arrive - many schools require it for building and elevator access from day one.
- If you want your bed lofted or the frame height adjusted, check whether your school needs that request submitted online in advance - most won't do it on the spot.
