Move In Mane-ia is Saturday, Aug. 15 (8am to 4pm) and Sunday, Aug. 16 (12pm to 5pm). Residents must schedule a move-in time slot in the Housing Portal, and appointments open July 1. A late check-in is offered Monday, Aug. 17 from 8am to 4pm at the University Housing office in Pride Hall. After-hours check-in is not allowed.

- Check-in location
- Check in at the Pennington Center (The Rec) with your Southeastern ID. You must be registered for at least 12 credit hours, and fees must be paid or covered by aid or a payment plan.
- Parking
- The move-in page gave no parking details. Rooms not claimed by the end of the first day of classes, Aug. 19, are treated as no-shows and the assignment is canceled.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
