New first-year and transfer students living on campus move in on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026. Students sign up for a move-in time slot and should arrive during it. Financial clearance, health records and online training must be complete before you receive your room key and student ID. First-year and transfer students then attend Roger Days programming from Aug. 23 to 25.

- Move-in for first-year and transfer students takes place at North Campus Residence Hall.
- Parking
- Park in Lot D to unload, and a family member must stay with the vehicle during unloading. Then move the vehicle to Lot H or Lot C.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
