Students will select a 30-minute arrival time slot in early August to help ease traffic concerns and create a smooth move-in experience - this is simply a timeframe for arrival, not a deadline to be fully moved in. Consider renting a fridge or microwave from CSI rather than buying and hauling one to your room. Upperclassmen may check in during the same window or at any time afterward.

- Activate your student ID online before you arrive - many schools require it for building and elevator access from day one.
- If you want your bed lofted or the frame height adjusted, check whether your school needs that request submitted online in advance - most won't do it on the spot.
