Maryville University of St. Louis is a private university in Town and Country, Missouri, founded in 1872 by the Society of the Sacred Heart. It moved to its suburban campus in 1961, became coeducational in 1968 and has a large online and graduate enrollment alongside its residential campus. About half of first-time first-year students live in campus housing, in three residence halls (Potter, Mouton and Saints) plus the Hilltop Apartments for upperclass students. Its teams, the Saints, compete in NCAA Division II.

New students move in on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, and assigned move-in times are emailed in July. New international students move in Tuesday, Aug. 18 or Wednesday, Aug. 19, and fall athletes get their dates from their coaches. Health forms are due through the Health Portal by Aug. 1. Set up your digital Saints ID, which gives contactless entry to the residence halls and Hilltop Apartments.

Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
