Eastern Oregon University is a public university in La Grande, Oregon, founded in 1929 as Eastern Oregon Normal School and known as Oregon's Rural University. North and Daugherty Halls check in Sept. 23 and Alikut Hall on Sept. 24, with rooms A or C checking in 9 AM to 12 PM and rooms B or D from 1 PM to 4 PM. - Staff direct traffic into the check-in lot for the residence halls. Large vehicles and trailers have limited turnaround space near North, Daugherty and Alikut Halls.
