Bellarmine University is a private Roman Catholic university in Louisville's Belknap neighborhood, founded in 1950 as Bellarmine College and renamed a university in 2000. It has seven colleges and schools, more than 50 majors, and competes in NCAA Division I, mainly in the ASUN Conference. Students can live on campus in eight residence halls with double, single and triple rooms.
